All participants must register before using academy facilities. Memberships are non-transferable and must be renewed as per validity. Accurate details must be provided during registration.
Members are expected to maintain discipline, respect fellow players, coaches, and staff, and use the facilities responsibly. Misconduct may lead to suspension or cancellation of membership.
Our certified coaches provide structured training. The academy reserves the right to modify training schedules, batches, or coaches when necessary. Players must attend sessions on time and follow instructions.
Players are encouraged to wear proper sports gear and warm up before play. The academy is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during training or tournaments.
All payments for coaching and memberships must be made in advance and are non-refundable. Special refund requests may be considered only in genuine cases at the academy's discretion.
Court bookings, equipment, and common areas must be used responsibly. Damages caused by negligence may result in penalties. Food and beverages are not allowed on the courts.
Participation in tournaments and events is subject to selection criteria and availability. Players must adhere to the rules and schedules announced by the academy for each event.
The academy may capture photos and videos during sessions and events for promotional purposes. By participating, members consent to the use of their images unless they opt out in writing.
Bullying, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated. We strive to maintain a safe, positive environment for children and adults alike.
